Community Characteristics: The Natur vision is based on shared living between secular and religious residents, endowing the settlement with a special character. Diverse individuals with different worldviews seeking what is shared and unifying despite evident differences.

Education: An active education system from early childhood to adulthood. In early childhood, there is a daycare building housing 3 age cohorts from birth to age 3, alongside 2 Ministry of Education kindergartens (Keshet Kindergarten and Rimon Kindergarten). The system is characterized by high staffing standards as part of a settlement educational philosophy, managed by an education director from kibbutz education. In community-social education: elementary is divided into grades 1–3 club and grades 4–6 club. Youth is divided into grades 7–8 and grades 9–12. During 2026, the 'Adat HaTzofim' youth movement, representing religious and mixed scout troops, is slated to enter the settlement.

Formal Education: Within Natur sits the 'Shorashim' elementary school (grades 1–8), founded by Natur's first mixed gar'in, imparting to the school its unique character – integrating secular and religious students and inclusive of special needs. The school and settlement are accompanied by 'Meitarim', promoting secular-religious shared living. Adjacent to it are 2 Golan Regional Council kindergartens serving as special education kindergartens, also linked to the formal educational systems in the settlement.

Upon reaching high school, youth branch out into several educational frameworks across the Golan and the Jordan Valley according to their preference – secular or religious, technological or agricultural schools, as well as several high school yeshivas.

Furthermore, within the settlement area, 2 high school yeshivas operate affiliated with the Ruach HaGolan association: Yeshivat TAMAR as a religious-technological boarding school, and Yeshivat Regavim as an educational-agricultural institution.
