Town Name: Neve Ativ
Origin of Name: Named after four fighters of the Egoz reconnaissance unit who fell in the northern Golan: Avraham Hameiri, Tuvia Sherkinger, Yair Algranty, and Binyamin Hadad.

Founding Date: 1971.
Town Elevation: 1000 meters above sea level.
Local Employment: The Hermon site, agriculture, B&Bs, private businesses, and liberal professions.
Agriculture: Deciduous fruits, flowers, berries, vegetables and more..
