Ma'ayanot – Rooted Jewish education in the spirit of Waldorf (Anthroposophic) education
As a religious Anthroposophic house of education, we aim to listen and adapt the curriculum to the child's development and to renewal in Torah and prayer as the center of the day from a connection to the heart. The learning is deep and multidisciplinary. Learning is done in study blocks - where the same field of knowledge is studied day after day - which allows for meaningful and profound learning. Great significance is given to going out into nature, knowing and loving the land.
Transition to a Permanent Campus - architectural planning for an adapted learning environment, preparation of pedagogical curricula utilizing new spaces, and establishing routines adapted to the new campus.
Nurturing Community Relations and partnerships with parents and the Avnei Eitan community.
Mastery of Foundational Skills (Hebrew, arithmetic) grounded in the Waldorf education approach tailored to the school spirit.
Growing in Music - developing a multi-year program to enhance personal and social resilience through expanding the school music track, including personal instrument matching for students and class ensembles.
Developing Middle Leadership as a leading and professional leadership tier. Empowering lead role holders for collaborative work with teaching teams.
